【摘要】 目的：探讨无缝隙护理对住院的妇科疾病患者的临床应用效果。方法：收集2016年6月-2017年6月入院的88例妇科疾病患者随机分为两组，对照组患者予以常规护理，试验组患者则加施无缝隙护理，比较两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁情绪程度与总体护理满意度。结果：试验组患者干预后SAS评分为(35.52±4.60)分，SDS评分为(34.05±4.11)分，均显著性低于对照组的(40.79±4.18)分、(38.72±4.50)分，差异均有统计学意义(t=5.624、5.083，P<0.05)；试验组总体护理满意度显著性优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.600，P=0.018)。结论：无缝隙护理对住院的妇科疾病患者的临床应用效果显著，可提升护理满意度，具有借鉴意义。
