【摘要】 目的：探讨规范化护理流程在肿瘤分子靶向治疗中的应用价值。方法：本研究回顾分析笔者所在医院肿瘤科2015年1月-2017年1月收治100例肿瘤分子靶向治疗患者的临床资料，根据护理方法分为对照组和试验组，对照组接受常规方法护理，试验组接受规范化护理，比较分析两组患者临床护理效果。结果：试验组不良反应发生率为22%，对照组不良反应发生率为90%，两组肿瘤分子靶向治疗患者不良反应情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肿瘤分子靶向治疗患者接受系统的规范化护理，有助于患者治疗后不良反应发生率的降低，值得临床推广应用。
