大学生水痘患者健康指导方法及护理体会(2)
本研究中，对照组进行普通护理干预，试验组开展全面健康指导和护理。结果显示，试验组大学生水痘患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组水痘疾病认知水平、遵医治疗行为评分优于对照组(P<0.05)；护理前两组贝克焦虑量表评分、生活质量水平相近(P>0.05)；护理后试验组贝克焦虑量表评分、生活质量水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组疱疹消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。
综上所述，全面健康指导和护理在校大学生水痘护理中的应用效果确切，可提高患者对疾病的认知，从而提高遵医行为，加速疱疹消退，缩短病程，改善患者生活质量，减轻其焦虑心理状态，患者对护理服务满意度高。

综上所述，全面健康指导和护理在校大学生水痘护理中的应用效果确切，可提高患者对疾病的认知，从而提高遵医行为，加速疱疹消退，缩短病程，改善患者生活质量，减轻其焦虑心理状态，患者对护理服务满意度高。
