【摘要】 目的：探讨新生儿PICC护理中应用风险管理的临床效果。方法：笔者所在医院2016-2017年接收的80例新生儿按照随机方式分为对照组和观察组，前者进行常规护理管理，后者给予风险管理，观察两组护理情况。结果：观察组满意度为97.5%，对照组满意度为80.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组新生儿护理风险事件发生率为5.0%，和对照组的20.0%相比显著较低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：新生儿PICC护理中采用风险管理可以显著降低风险事件的发生率，有一定的临床价值。
