【摘要】 视神经脊髓炎是视神经与脊髓同时或相继受累的急性或亚急性脱髓鞘病变，其致病机制尚未明确。本文对视神经脊髓炎的传统药物治疗和单克隆抗体药物治疗进行了综述。

    【Abstract】 Neuromyelitis optica(NMO) is an acute or subacute demyelinating lesion in which the optic nerve and spinal cord are involved simultaneously or successively.The pathogenesis is not yet clear.This review summerized the treatment of traditional drugs and monoclonal antibody drugs for the NMO.
