阳江市江城区2016-2017年居民健康素养水平调查报告(1)
【摘要】 目的：調查阳江市江城区2016-2017年居民健康素养水平。方法：选取2016-2017年阳江市江城区城东社区、城西社区、城南社区等3个社区，每社区300户，共计1 800户家庭资料，采用《全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷》进行调查，分析健康素养知识和理念具备率和影响因素。结果：2016-2017年阳江市江城区调查对象共计发放问卷1 800份，回收1 800份，回收率100%。经统计，具备健康素养水平达340例(18.89%)，不同年龄、文化程度、职业类别、家庭人均收入健康素养知识和理念具备率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).以健康素养知识和理念具备率作为应变量，年龄、文化程度、职业类别、家庭人均收入作为自变量，建立回归方程Y=0.015-1.684X1-1.523X2+1.562X3-0.996X4。通过多因素Logistic回归分析，年龄、文化程度、职业类别、家庭人均收入均是影响健康素养知识和理念具备率的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：年龄、文化程度、职业类别、家庭人均收入是阳江市江城区健康素养知识和理念具备率的影响因素，提高居民健康素养水平提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective：To approach investigation of resident health literacy level in Jiangcheng District of Yangjiang City from 2016 to 2017.Method：The Chengdong Community，Chengxi Community，Chengnan Community in Jiangcheng County of Yangjiang City from 2016 to 2017 were selected，there were 300 households in each community，1 800 households family data in total，The National Health Literacy Questionnaire were used for investigation，basic health concept and knowledge availability and influence factors were analyzed.Result：The 1 800 cases total questionnaire of investigation subject in Jiangcheng County of Yangjiang City were gived out，recovery of 1 800 cases，of which recovery rate was 100%，after statistics，the basic health concept and knowledge availability was 340 cases(18.89%).The basic health concept and knowledge availability difference of age，educational attainment，occupational category，household per capita income were statistical significance(P<0.05)，basic health concept and knowledge availability were dependent variable，age，educational attainment，occupational category，household per capita income were argument variable，regression equation was established Y=0.015-1.684X1-1.523X2+1.562X3-0.996X4.By multi-factor Logistic regression analysis，age，educational attainment，occupational category，household per capita income were influence factors of basic health concept and knowledge availability(P<0.05).Conclusion：The age，educational attainment，occupational category，household per capita income were influence factors of basic health concept and knowledge availability，which can provide basis for increasing resident health literacy level., 百拇医药(吴慧霞 林兰 李玉娟)
