结直肠癌组织中Claudin-3的表达及临床病理意义(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨Claudin-3与结直肠癌的发生、浸润、转移之间的相关性。方法：收集笔者所在医院2016年9月-2017年6月结直肠癌组织(32例)、结直肠腺瘤组织(25例)及正常结直肠组织(25例)，采用Western blot檢测各组织中Claudin-3的表达情况。结果：Claudin-3在结肠癌组的表达水平(0.915 89±0.690 15)明显高于结直肠腺瘤组(0.477 48±0.337 80)、正常结直肠组(0.203 15±0.218 27)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);伴有淋巴结转移组Claudin-3水平(1.296 04±0.490 18)显著高于无淋巴结转移组(0.485 04±0.650 92)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高分化组Claudin-3水平(0.135 52±0.176 06)低于中分化组(0.881 25±0.676 63)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中分化组Claudin-3水平(0.881 25±0.676 63)也低于低分化组(1.485 91±0.375 22)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而Claudin-3水平与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤大小、部位无关。结论：Claudin-3与结直肠癌的发生及分化程度、转移密切相关，而与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤大小、部位无关;Claudin-3有可能成为结直肠癌早期诊断的检测指标，并可能为临床治疗结直肠癌提供潜在的治疗靶点。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the relationship between Claudin-3 and the occurrence，invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.Method：Colorectal cancer tissues(32 cases)，colorectal adenoma tissues(25 cases) and normal colorectal tissues(25 cases) were collected from September 2016 to June 2017.All tissues were detected by Western blot.The expression of Claudin-3.Result：The expression level of in Claudin-3 in colon cancer group(0.915 89±0.690 15) was significantly higher than that colorectal adenoma group(0.477 48±0.337 80)，normal colon group(0.203 15±0.218 27)，the differences were significant(P<0.05)，and lymph node metastasis group(1.296 04±0.490 18) was significantly higher than the no lymph node metastasis group(0.485 04±0.650 92)，the difference was significant(P<0.05)，the expression level in the highly differentiated group(0.135 52±0.176 06) was lower than that in the moderately differentiated group(0.881 25±0.676 63)，the difference was significant(P<0.05).The expression level of the moderately differentiated group(0.881 25±0.676 63)was also lower than that of the poorly differentiated group(1.485 91±0.375 22)，the difference was significant(P<0.05)，but not related to the patients’ age，gender，tumor size and location.Conclusion：Claudin-3 is closely related to the occurrence and differentiation of colorectal cancer，and it is not related to the age，sex，tumor size and location of patients.Claudin-3 may be a marker for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer，and may be clinical treatment of colorectal cancer provides a potential therapeutic target.
