循证护理在胆总管结石患者腹腔镜手术护理中的应用及对术后感染发生的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究循证护理在胆总管结石患者腹腔镜手术护理中的应用及对术后感染发生的影响。方法：选取2017年7月-2018年2月笔者所在医院收治的采用腹腔镜手术治疗的胆总管结石患者120例，根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者采用常规护理，研究组患者在对照组基础上采用循证护理。比较两组临床指标、并发症发生率、医患护理满意度。结果：研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医生和患者的护理满意度均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术中出血量、手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间等指标均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在腹腔镜手术治疗的基础上采用循证护理可显著提高患者护理满意度，明显改善临床指标，降低并发症发生率，从而提升患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of laparoscopic surgery for patients with choledocholithiasis and its effect on postoperative infection.Method：A total of 120 patients with choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to different nursing methods.Patients in the control group were treated with routine care，and patients in the study group were treated with evidence-based care on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators，incidence of complications and satisfaction of doctor-patient care were compared between the two groups.Result：The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the doctors and patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss，operation time，time to get out of bed，hospitalization time and other indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing based on laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve patient care satisfaction，significantly improve clinical indicators，reduce the incidence of complications，and thus improve the quality of life of patients.

随着人们生活水平的大幅度改善，胆石症患病率逐渐提高，给人类的健康造成很大的威胁，胆总管结石是胆石症的一种，其发病率占所有胆石症患者的20%，在治疗过程中通常采用腹腔镜手术治疗，这是一种新型的微创手术，运用这种手术治疗可以极大程度的减少创口的面积，减少并发症，加速術后的恢复速度。近些年来，医疗水平的不断发展，在进行腹腔镜手术时对手术的护理要求越来越高，很多专业护理人员将循证护理和腹腔镜手术结合起来，进一步的保证腹腔镜手术有关的医疗设备及器械的正常使用，以及医护人员的有效的配合工作，使手术顺利进行。在这种护理下保证医护人员工作质量不断提高，业务水平也能不断提升。本研究通过分析胆总管结石患者的临床资料，对120例患者护理方法及过程进行了总结，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(盛婷)
