门诊止痛药学服务在老年癌痛规范化治疗的应用研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨门诊止痛药学服务在老年癌痛规范化治疗的应用研究。方法：选取2017年4月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的80例老年癌痛患者，将其随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组按照医师常规治疗门诊开药给患者，临床药学服务组在此基础上进行临床药学服务，比较两组患者干预前后的疼痛强度评分及止痛满意度。结果：两组患者干预前的NRS评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后临床药学服务组NRS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者止痛总满意度为47.5%，临床药学服务组患者止痛總满意度为77.5%，临床药学服务组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：门诊止痛药学服务对于老年癌痛患者的规范化治疗具有非常重要的意义，不仅可以改善患者的疼痛强度评分，还可以提高患者的止痛满意度，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of outpatient analgesics pharmaceutical service in the standardized treatment of cancer pain in the elderly.Method：A total of 80 cases of elderly cancer pain patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups，40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were prescribed drugs according to the routine treatment of physicians，while patients in the clinical pharmaceutical service group were given clinical pharmaceutical service on this basis.The pain intensity score and pain relief satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result：There was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention，the NRS score of patients in the clinical pharmaceutical service group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total pain relief satisfaction of patients in the control group was 47.5%，and the total pain relief satisfaction of patients in the clinical pharmaceutical service group was 77.5%.The clinical pharmaceutical service group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Outpatient analgesics pharmaceutical care is of great significance for the standardized treatment of elderly cancer pain patients.It can not only improve the pain intensity score of patients，but also improve the pain satisfaction of patients，which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

2011年原卫生部启动医疗机构“癌痛规范化治疗示范病房”创建活动，要求二级甲等以上医院必须参与，广东省正在进一步开展评审工作，此次活动的目的是进一步加强肿瘤规范化诊疗管理，提高癌痛规范化治疗水平，其中明确提到临床药师负责癌痛药物用药指导工作，发挥临床药师对癌痛患者的药学服务[1]。老年癌痛患者作为特殊的医护对象，可以作为在肿瘤治疗开展药学服务的切入点，更好地促进癌痛规范化治疗[2]。为此，分析了笔者所在医院近年来收治的80例老年癌痛患者，进行临床药学服务对比观察，以探讨门诊止痛药学服务在老年癌痛规范化治疗的应用情况，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(李艳芳 张卫 钟华玉 陈丽英)
