移动护士工作站在病区护理工作中的应用价值体会(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察病区护理工作中移动护士工作站应用价值。方法：选取笔者所在医院10个住院病区2018年1-12月收治的200例住院患者，随机分为对照组及研究组，对照组(n=100)开展整体护理模式，研究组(n=100)实施整体护理模式联合移动护士工作站，统计两组满意度及健康管理效果。结果：对照组与研究组护理依从率分别为90.00%、98.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组操作错误及给药错误发生率分别为9.00%、3.00%，对照组分别为25.00%、19.00%，研究组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：病区护理工作开展期间，采取移动护士工作站不仅有助于患者护理依从性的提高，同时可避免不良事件的发生，值得采纳并推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the application value of mobile nurse workstation in ward nursing.Method：A total of 200 inpatients admitted from January to December 2018 in 10 inpatient areas of the author’s hospital were selected，they were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group(n=100) carried out holistic nursing mode.The research group(n=100) implemented holistic nursing mode combined with mobile nurse workstation.Satisfaction degree and health management effect of each group were counted.Result：The nursing compliance rate of the control group and the study group was 90.00% and 98.00% respectively，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of operation error and drug administration error was 9.00% and 3.00% in the study group and 25.00%，19.00% in the control group respectively，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Mobile nurse workstation is not only helpful to improve patients’ nursing compliance，but also can avoid adverse events.It is worth adopting and promoting.

整個医疗卫生工作中，护理工作发挥着重要作用，自患者入院后至出院的整个疾病治疗期间，大约90%的工作均由护理人员完成[1]。医嘱执行效率与患者满意度关系紧密，其不仅反映了整体护理质量，同时也集中展示了护理技术水平，此外被视为整体护理管理水平衡量的主要标志[2]。现阶段，护理人员工作复杂、烦琐、工作量大、工作效率低而且护患关系有待进一步改善，医嘱执行率低，患者治疗期间需长时间等候，患者满意度不理想[3]。为了进一步缓解护患关系，促进服务水平的提高。本次研究针对移动护理工作站在病区护理工作中的应用价值进行深入探究，以下为具体报道。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
本次研究对象为笔者所在医院10个住院病区2018年1-12月收治的200例住院患者。纳入标准：(1)均由门诊急诊经多种辅助检查便利入院并进入病区;(2)年龄22～55岁;(3)住院时间在3 d以上;(4)病情平稳、神志清楚、语言沟通正常、精神状态尚可[4]。排除标准：(1)外伤病情严重且不稳定;(2)存在心理异常及精神障碍;(3)由吸毒、酗酒等诸多因素造成依从性差，且未根据医嘱接受指导;(4)存在认知障碍且无法进行正确回答[5]。随机分为对照组及研究组，各100例。对照组中男56例，女44例，年龄21～54岁，平均(36.56±2.72)岁;研究组中男58例，女42例，年龄22～53岁，平均(36.47±2.68)岁。两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。本研究经医院伦理委员会批准，患者自愿接受住院治疗并签署知情同意书。, 百拇医药(黄金兰)
