临床护理路径在眼科白内障手术患者中的应用效果探讨(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨临床护理路径在眼科白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法：将2017年11月-2018年11月在笔者所在医院眼科治疗的100例白内障手术患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较两组患者术后视力恢复情况、并发症发生率、健康知识掌握率及用药依从率、住院时间及住院费用、护理满意率。结果：观察组角膜水肿、切口渗漏、前房积血、眼内炎等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康知识掌握率及用药依从率明显高于对照组，而住院时间及住院费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理路径在眼科白内障手术患者中的应用效果显著，能有效促进术后视力的改善，降低并发症发生率，提升患者的自护能力，缩短恢复时间，具有积极的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing ophthalmic cataract surgery.Method：A total of 100 cataract patients treated in ophthalmology department of our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing，while the observation group was given clinical nursing.The visual acuity recovery，complication rate，health knowledge mastery rate，medication compliance rate，hospitalization time，hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result：The incidence of complications such as corneal edema，incision leakage，hyphema and endophthalmitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mastery rate of health knowledge and compliance rate of medication in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，while the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：The clinical nursing pathway has a significant effect in patients undergoing ophthalmic cataract surgery.It can effectively improve the visual acuity，reduce the incidence of complications，improve the self-care ability of patients，and shorten the recovery time.It has a positive clinical significance.

白內障是眼科的常见病，也是致盲的主要疾病之一，在老年人中的发病率较高，手术植入人工晶状体是常用治疗方法，能在一定程度上改善视力、抑制病情恶化，但对临床护理的要求较高。传统护理在临床的弊端明显，为了适应现代生理医学模式的转变，临床护理路径逐渐在眼科白内障手术中开展[1]。其以患者为中心，以提供优质护理服务为重点，通过一系列有计划、系统性的护理干预，有效改善患者的护理体验，强化治疗效果，提升医疗资源利用率，具有确切的临床实践效果[2]。本研究进一步分析临床护理路径在眼科白内障手术患者中的应用效果，现具体汇报如下。, 百拇医药(林艳丽 林秀锦)
