【摘要】 目的：探讨VSD负压引流结合盖扶(重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)治疗植皮后创面的临床效果。方法：将40例植皮后创面的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，各20例，治疗组采用VSD负压引流结合加入重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的生理盐水冲洗治疗，对照组采用VSD结合生理盐水冲洗治疗。结果：所有患者治疗后均痊愈出院。治疗组患者较对照组患者植皮后创面愈合速度加快，同期愈合率提高，愈合时间缩短，患者疼痛轻，舒适度高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未观察到与使用盖扶有关的全身系统异常变化和不良反应。结论：VSD负压引流联合盖扶治疗植皮后创面可以促进创面愈合，明显缩短创面愈合时间，值得临床推广。
