【摘要】 目的：探讨藏毛疾病的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法：回顾笔者所在医院2008-2013年收治的5例藏毛疾病患者的臨床资料。结果：5例藏毛疾病中藏毛窦3例，藏毛囊肿2例。5例患者均反复发作骶尾部感染，其中2例在瘘口内发现毛发，全部患者均经手术治疗，术后病理为异物性肉芽肿，随访3个月～5年，其中1例患者术后2个月复发经再次手术痊愈。结论：藏毛疾病发病率低，容易误诊，术前应进行全面评估，彻底手术切除是预防复发的关键。
