【摘要】 目的：探究Ilizarov环形外固定与传统清创内固定治疗胫骨创伤后骨髓炎骨缺损的治疗效果。方法：选择100例胫骨创伤后骨髓炎骨缺损患者作为研究资料，按其随机数字表法分为两组，其中对照组50例行传统清创内固定方法治疗，观察组50例则采用Ilizarov环形外固定技术治疗。对两组患者的术后效果，治疗前后下肢功能及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果：观察组骨延长区域矿化时间、骨延长长度、带架时间、愈合指数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的膝关节、踝关节功能评分均较对照组增高(P<0.05)。观察组总并发症发生率4.00%，显著低于对照组的28.00%(字2=10.714，P=0.001)。结论：Ilizarov环形外固定治疗胫骨创伤后骨髓炎骨缺损疗效较好，且安全可靠，值得临床推广和借鉴。
