【摘要】 目的：分析420 nm强脉冲光联合小败毒膏治疗结节囊肿性痤疮的效果。方法：选取就诊于笔者所在门诊并确诊为结节囊肿性痤疮患者100例，随机分为治疗组(420 nm强脉冲光联合小败毒膏方案)和对照组(420 nm强脉冲光)，对比两组临床疗效。结果：治疗第2、4、6周末，治疗组总有效率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：420 nm强脉冲光联合小败毒膏治疗结节囊肿性痤疮效果显著，值得进一步研究和推广使用。
