【摘要】 目的：探究高频联合低频超声应用于急性阑尾炎的临床诊断价值。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年1月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的58例急性阑尾炎患者临床资料展开回顾性分析，对其高频联合低频超声诊断急性阑尾炎超声图像展开分析，将之与病理结果对比，对高低频超声联合诊断价值做客观评估。结果：低、高频联合超声诊断急性阑尾炎符合率为96.55%，高于单行低频超声检查的81.03%及单行高频超声检查的87.93%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：高频联合低频超声应用于急性阑尾炎中，有效提升临床确诊率，可将之作为临床常规检查手段之一。
