【摘要】 目的：浅析2型糖尿病用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍的疗效及安全性。方法：收集在笔者所在医院就诊的86例初发2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，并根据用药方法的不同分成两组，研究组患者43例，联合使用甘精胰岛素和二甲双胍，参照组患者43例，联合使用诺和灵N和二甲双胍。对比两组患者的疗效。结果：研究组患者降糖速度、达到目标值所耗时间均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组血糖反复率2.33%，明显低于参照组的16.28%(P<0.05)。研究组低血糖发生率9.30%，明显低于参照组的25.58%(P<0.05)。结论：2型糖尿病患者在临床治疗中联合应用甘精胰岛素和二甲双胍能取得理想的治疗效果，血糖水平更快达到标准水平，值得大范围推广应用。
