【摘要】 目的：观察鼻喷激素联合口服枸地氯雷他定片治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2016年5月-2018年5月收治的80例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组仅给予口服枸地氯雷他定片治疗，观察组给予雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗5 d时观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻塞、鼻痒、流鼻涕及打喷嚏缓解时间均明显早于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：鼻喷激素联合枸地氯雷他定片治療变应性鼻炎，能快速改善患者症状，保证治疗效果，从而提高患者生活质量。
