【摘要】 目的：研究急诊烧烫伤患者实施冷疗的价值。方法：纳入笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年2月接收的急诊烧烫伤患者68例作为研究对象，以硬币投掷法将其分为试验组(n=34)与对照组(n=34)。试验组实施冷疗处理，对照组实施常规处理。比较两组患者疼痛情况、临床总有效率、炎症因子水平(CRP、IL-6)、临床指标(治疗费用、创面渗出消失时间)。结果：试验组疼痛发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组各炎症因子水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗费用、创面渗出消失时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：急诊烧烫伤患者实施冷疗的价值显著，不仅可缩短创面渗液消失时间，又可降低疼痛发生率，缓解机体炎症状态。
