【摘要】 目的：探讨快速康复护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用价值。方法：以2018年6月-2019年5月于笔者所在医院接受腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为本次研究对象，共96例。按入院顺序分为常规组和快速康复组，每组48例。常規组实施常规护理，快速康复组实施快速康复护理。对比两组临床护理效果。结果：快速康复组术中出血量少于对照组，术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速康复组术后并发症发生率为4.16%，显著低于常规组的16.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速康复组护理满意度为95.83%，显著高于常规组的81.25%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者实施快速康复护理，能够促进患者术后康复，降低并发症发生率，显著提高患者临床护理满意度。
