【摘要】 目的：分析温针灸配合穴位注射治疗在中风后尿潴留患者中的应用。方法：选择笔者所在医院2018年6月-2019年6月收治的98例中风后尿潴留患者为研究对象，以随机分组方法分成对照组(47例)和配合组(51例)，分别给予温针灸、温针灸配合穴位注射治疗。比较两组症状改善时间及临床疗效。结果：配合组膀胱尿液残留及尿痛改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。配合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：温针灸配合穴位注射治疗用于中风后尿潴留患者中，显效迅速，可快速减轻中风后尿潴留患者的痛苦。
