【摘要】 目的：观察口腔果味低温治疗预防造血干细胞移植患者口腔黏膜炎的效果。方法：选取2016年3月-2018年3月55例首次行造血干细胞移植患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组30例，观察组25例。对照组应用常规口腔低温治疗，观察组采用口腔果味低温治疗。比较两组患者口腔黏膜炎发生率及口腔低温治疗时间。结果：对照组口腔低温治疗时间为(3.05±0.79)h，短于观察组的(4.79±0.89)h，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者口腔黏膜炎发生率为20.00%，显著低于对照组的46.67%，差異有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：口腔果味低温治疗可有效预防造血干细胞移植患者口腔黏膜炎的发生。
