一站式护理服务在门诊慢性病患者护理中应用价值及满意度(1)
【摘要】 目的:探讨在门诊慢性病护理中应用一站式护理服务的效果及患者满意度。方法:笔者所在医院自2017年10月在门诊开展一站式护理服务,随机选择2017年4月门诊收治的200例慢性病患者作为对照组,随机选择2018年3月门诊收治的200例慢性病患者作为观察组。对照组施行传统护理服务,观察组施行一站式护理服务。比较两组挂号时间、就诊等候时间。采用自制调查问卷表评估两组对导诊安排、护理人员服务态度、护理人员热心程度及护理人员专业水平等护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组挂号时间、就诊等候时间和取药时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对导诊安排、护理人员服务态度、护理人员热心程度、护理人员专业水平满意度及护理服务质量总满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一站式护理服务能够简化门诊慢性病患者就诊流程,缩短就诊时间,提高对服务质量的满意度。【关键词】 一站式护理服务 门诊 慢性病 满意度
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of one-stop nursing service and patient satisfaction in the nursing of outpatients with chronic diseases.
