【摘要】 目的：探讨预见性护理应用于骨科临床护理中的效果。方法：选取2016年12月-2018年5月骨科收治的70例患者作为研究对象，采用数字双盲分组法分为观察组和对照组，每组35例。对照组给予骨科常规护理干预，观察组实施预见性护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组住院时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对骨科患者实施预见性护理干预的临床效果显著，值得借鉴。
