【摘要】 目的：探讨急性大失血患者输血治疗的方式，并评价临床效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院2016年1月-2019年1月收治的急性大失血患者75例，利用抽签分组法分成三组，A组仅输注单采血小板，B组仅输注冷沉淀凝血因子，C组输注单采血小板联合冷沉淀凝血因子。观察并比较三组输血治疗后的临床效果。结果： C组平均止血时间、有效止血率及悬浮红细胞持续用量均明显优于A组、B组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予急性大失血患者单采血小板联合冷沉淀凝血因子的输血治疗方式，能够明显改善患者临床症状，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。
