【摘要】 目的：观察卯时综合护理结合耳穴压籽法对脑卒中后便秘的疗效。方法：将60例脑卒中后便秘患者按随机数字表分成对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组在对照组处理的基础上增加卯时综合护理结合耳穴压籽法进行干预，14 d为1个疗程。观察两组干预后便秘疗效，以及干预前后Bristol粪便性状评分、便秘评分表(CCS)。结果：干预14 d后观察组总有效率86.7%，高于对照组的76.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组Bristol粪便评分、便秘评分(CSS)均有所改善(P<0.05)，组间比较观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：卯时综合护理结合耳穴压籽法对脑卒中后便秘有良好的效果。
