【摘要】 目的：研究乳酸菌阴道胶囊与雌激素联合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法：将笔者所在医院2018年10月-2019年4月收治的66例老年阴道炎患者纳入研究，按其就诊顺序分为研究组与参照组，每组33例。参照组使用雌激素治疗;研究组在参照组的基础上联用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗;比较两组治疗效果、促卵泡成熟激素(PSH)、雌二醇(E2)、复发率。结果：研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组，复发率低于参照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后PSH水平高于参照组，E2水平低于参照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：乳酸菌阴道胶囊与雌激素联合治疗老年性阴道炎效果明显，其可有效改善患者症状，降低疾病复发率，改善患者预后。
