不同植入物内固定治疗方案在上肢创伤骨折后骨不连中的应用价值(1)
【摘要】 目的:观察不同植入物内固定治疗方案在上肢创伤骨折后骨不连中的应用价值。方法:于筆者所在医院2015年9月-2018年9月收治的上肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者中,随机选取44例作为样本,根据手术方法的不同分组,对照组行动力加压钢板内固定术治疗,观察组行锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术中出血(354.2±20.5)ml、术后引流(90.5±5.8)ml、术时(126.9±13.4)min,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级骨痂分别为4.5%、9.1%、18.2%、68.2%,住院时间(5.8±1.1)d、骨折愈合时间(3.1±0.8)个月;对照组分别为(451.3±30.2)ml、(180.6±16.9)ml、(174.4±15.0)min,18.2%、22.7%、31.8%、27.3%,(9.5±2.0)d、(4.2±0.9)个月,观察组均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以锁定加压钢板作为植入物,行内固定术治疗上肢创伤骨折后骨不连,可有效减少出血及引流量,提高术中固定操作效率,促进骨痂形成,促进术后恢复。

The Application Value of Different Implant Internal Fixation in Nonunion after Upper Limb Trauma Fracture/FANG Ruwu. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2020, 18(7): -40
[Abstract] Objective: To observe the application value of different implant internal fixation schemes in nonunion after upper limb trauma fracture. Method: From September 2015 to September 2018, 44 patients with nonunion after traumatic fracture of upper limb were randomly selected as samples. According to the different groups of operation methods, the control group was treated with action force compression plate internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with locking compression plate internal fixation. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Result: In the observation group, bleeding (354.2±20.5) ml, postoperative drainage (90.5±5.8) ml, operation time (126.9±13.4) min, grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ callus accounted for 4.5%, 9.1%, 18.2% and 68.2% respectively, hospitalization (5.8±1.1) d, fracture healing time (3.1±0.8) months, which were better than (451.3±30.2) ml, (180.6±16.9) ml,(174.4±15.0) min, 18.2%, 22.7%, 31.8% and 27.3%, (9.5±2.0) d and (4.2±0.9) months in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Internal fixation with locking compression plate as implant can effectively reduce bleeding and drainage, improve the efficiency of fixation, promote the formation of callus, and promote postoperative recovery.
