CysC、BUN及Cr水平变化与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系研究(1)
【摘要】 目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(Cr)在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的水平及意义。方法:选取2018年1-12月在笔者所在医院就诊的妊娠期高血压疾病患者80例设为观察组,其中妊娠期高血压12例,轻度子痫前期患者45例,重度子痫前期患者23例。同时选取同期正常妊娠孕妇90例设为对照组。检测两组CysC、BUN及Cr水平,及不同病情程度患者CysC、BUN及Cr水平。分析CysC、BUN及Cr水平与病情程度的相关性。结果:观察组CysC、BUN及Cr分别为(1.82±0.31)mg/L、(5.12±0.87)mmol/L及(70.19±9.28)μmol/L,均明顯高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期患者CysC、BUN及Cr分别为(2.01±0.30)mg/L、(5.91±0.89)mmol/L及(82.11±10.02)μmol/L,均明显高于轻度子痫前期和妊娠期高血压患者(P<0.05),且轻度子痫前期患者CysC、BUN及Cr水平高于妊娠期高血压患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CysC与病情程度呈正相关(r=0.431,P<0.05),BUN及Cr与病情程度无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者CysC、BUN及Cr水平明显升高,其中CysC与病情程度呈正相关。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the levels and significance of serum cystatin C (CysC), urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) in patients with gestational hypertension. Method: From January to December 2018, 80 cases of gestational hypertension who were admitted in our hospital were selected as the observation group, including 12 patients with gestational hypertension, 45 patients with mild preeclampsia and 23 patients with severe preeclampsia.
