[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of periodical nursing intervention on pregnancy pressure, sleep quality and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia during perioperative period. Method: A total of 153 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia from January 2016 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected as the subjects, all of them were divided into the observation group (77 cases) and the control group (76 cases) according to random envelope method. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, the observation group received periodical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The anxiety and depression, pregnancy outcome, pregnancy stress and sleep quality between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Result: The gestational week of termination in the observation group was later than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of maternal complications and perinatal complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the pregnancy pressure scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the sleep quality scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The periodical nursing intervention for patients with severe preeclampsia can effectively improve pregnancy outcome, eliminate negative emotions, reduce pregnancy pressure and improve sleep quality, it is worth further promotion., http://www.100md.com(刘东梅 许宝莹 邓艳君)
