肾炎康复片联合贝那普利对慢性肾脏病早期干预效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究腎炎康复片与贝那普利联合治疗慢性肾脏病的早期干预效果。方法：在2017年6月1日-2019年6月30日于笔者所在医院接受治疗的慢性肾脏病(1～2期)患者中，随机选取70例，按1∶1比例随机将患者分为两组。对照组35例，采用盐酸贝那普利片治疗;研究组35例，在对照组基础上加用肾炎康复片治疗。以患者治疗前后的24 h尿蛋白定量水平、尿NAG(尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶)、GFR(肾小球滤过率)、Scr(血清肌酐)水平及不良反应的发生情况作为观察指标，对治疗效果进行评价。结果：治疗前，两组24 h尿蛋白定量水平、尿NAG、GFR、Scr比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组均显著改善，且研究组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、研究组均有5例患者出现不良反应，发生率均为14.29%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：慢性肾脏病患者早期干预治疗中，采用肾炎康复片与贝那普利联合治疗的方式有着较好的效果，且不会导致患者出现严重的并发症，因此临床应用及价值较高。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the early intervention effect of Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets combined with Benazepril in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Among them， the control group of 35 patients were treated with Benazepril Hydrochloric Acid Tablets， and the study group of 35 patients were treated with Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets on the basis of the control group. The levels of quantitative level of 24 h urinary protein， urinary NAG (urine N-acety lβ-D-glucosidase)， GFR (glomerular filtration rate)， Scr (serum creatine) before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were used as observation indexes to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Result： Before treatment， there were no differences in 24 h urinary protein quantitative level and urinary NAG， GFR， Scr between the two groups (P>0.05). But the levels were significantly improved after treatment， and the study group were superior to the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There 5 patients in both of the control group and the study group， the incidence rate was 14.29%， and there was no difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion： In the early intervention treatment of chronic kidney disease patients， the combination of Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets and Benazepril has a better effect， and will not lead to serious complications， so the clinical application and value is higher.
