【摘要】 目的：分析小儿肺炎喘嗽应用磁热穴位敷贴辅助治疗时针对性护理的效果。方法：选择100例小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿，所有患儿均予以常规西药治疗+磁热穴位敷贴辅助治疗，机械抽样法分为对照组与研究组，其中，对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施针对性护理。对组间的护理有效率、住院时间、日间咳嗽评分与夜间咳嗽评分进行指标对比。结果：研究组护理有效率高于对照组，住院时间、治疗后日间咳嗽评分与夜间咳嗽评分指标均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿应用磁热穴位敷贴辅助治疗，并加用针对性护理干预，可以有效缩短其住院时长，减轻咳嗽症状。
