【摘要】 抑郁症与乳腺癌的发生预后存在一定的相关性，二者互为因果。乳腺癌患者常并发抑郁症的产生，影响乳腺癌的治疗效果，抑郁症也可以加速乳腺癌进程，提高患者的复发转移风险。因此，深入研究乳腺癌并发抑郁症的中西医治疗，能为临床上乳腺癌合并抑郁症的抗肿瘤治疗和抗抑郁治疗提供行之有效的干预治疗策略，减轻乳腺癌患者的心理痛苦，提高生活质量，改善乳腺癌患者的生存预后。
