【摘要】 目的：探讨自体富血小板血浆(PRP)与玻璃酸钠对膝骨性关节炎患者的治疗效果。方法：选取2019年4-11月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的72例中度膝骨性关节炎患者，采用随机数字表法将入选者分为试验组(n=36)与对照组(n=36)。对照组使用玻璃酸钠治疗，试验组使用PRP治疗，对比分析两组治疗前后Lysholm膝关节评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分变化情况。结果：治疗后，试验组Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组，VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对膝骨性关节炎患者使用PRP治疗，可有效改善患者膝关节功能，减轻疼痛程度，治疗效果较好。
