【摘要】 目的：探讨超声盆底检查与肌力评估对剖宫产和自然分娩女性盆底功能评价的应用。方法：选择2018年9月-2019年10月在笔者所在医院分娩的妇产科产妇148例为观察对象，其中74例剖宫产产妇为观察组，74例自然分娩产妇为对照组。两组均给予超声盆底检查与肌力评估。对比两组超声盆底检查指标及盆底肌力。结果：观察组的膀胱颈角度、膀胱旋转角度及膀胱颈移动度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组盆底肌的最大收缩力及持续收缩力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：超声盆底检查與肌力评估对剖宫产和自然分娩女性盆底功能评价的应用效果较好，值得临床应用。
