【摘要】 目的：探讨6S管理模式对内分泌科护理质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析2018年4-12月内分泌科实施6S管理模式前与2019年1-9月实施6S管理模式后的科室护理质量评分，所有的护理质量评分均为护理部检查得出，包含护理安全、分级护理、病房管理、消毒隔离4个项目，对所收集到的数据进行统计学分析。结果：内分泌科在6S管理模式实施后的护理安全、分级护理、病房管理、消毒隔离的评分均优于实施前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在内分泌科病房实施6S管理模式，能提高科室的护理安全、分级护理、消毒隔离等水平，从而为患者提供更加优质、安全的护理服务。
