【摘要】 加速康复外科(ERAS)是一种新型的管理理念，近年来在国内外日益受到重视，先后普及应用到外科各个专业，并取得了相当好的效果。借鉴于其他外科专业ERAS成功应用经验，我国胸外科同道对ERAS理念的认识也逐渐普及和提高，目前在国内多家医院或医疗中心得到推广和应用。本文就国内胸外科ERAS应用现状和存在的问题与挑战，以及应用和推广前景予以综述。
