【摘要】 狼疮性肾炎为系统性红斑狼疮合并双肾不同病理类型的免疫性损害，是引起系统性红斑狼疮患者死亡的重要影响因素，亦会影响患者的生存质量。早期发现、诊断狼疮性肾炎，并予以积极的干预，可避免病情向终末期肾脏疾病进展，对于改善患者的预后具有重要意义。随着临床对狼疮性肾炎的深入研究，新的治疗方法和药物不断出现。本文从病理学发病机制及治疗方法综述狼疮性肾炎的治疗进展。
