全程系统性急救护理对新生儿窒息急救患儿预后的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：總结分析全程系统性急救护理对新生儿窒息急救患儿预后的影响。方法：选择2018年2-10月笔者所在医院收治的新生儿窒息40例作为观察组，并在全程给予系统性急救护理。另外选择40例同期正常新生儿作为对照组，对比两组新生儿3、6、12个月时的MDI(智能发育指数)、PDI(心理运动指数)。结果：观察组窒息新生儿1、5 min时Apgar评分分别为(5.2±0.5)、(6.2±0.6)分，明显低于对照组正常新生儿，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个月时观察组MDI评分(88.2±6.8)分，PDI评分(90.2±0.5)分，明显低于对照组，但在6、12个月时的MDI、PDI评分均与正常对照组相近，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：窒息新生儿Apgar评分明显低于正常新生儿，在全程系统性急救护理下，虽然3个月内智能发育及心理运动均不及正常新生儿，但随着月龄增加，其智能发育及心理运动能力会越来越接近正常新生儿，预后良好。

[Abstract] Objective： To summarize and analyze the impact of whole-course systemic emergency nursing on the prognosis of children with neonatal asphyxia. Method： Forty cases of asphyxia neonates in our hospital during February to October 2018 were selected as the observation group， and systemic emergency care was given throughout the process. In addition， 40 normal neonates in the same period were selected as the control group， and the MDI (intelligent development index) and PDI (psychomotor index) at 3 months， 6 months， and 12 months were compared between the two groups. Result： Apgar scores of patients with newborns asphyxiated in the observation group at 1 min and 5 min were (5.2±0.5) points and (6.2±0.6) points， respectively， which were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The MDI score (88.2±6.8) points and PDI score (90.2±0.5) points of the observation group at 3 month were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05)， but the MDI and PDI scores at 6 months and 12 months were similar to the normal control group (P>0.05). Conclusion： Apgar scores of asphyxiated newborns are significantly lower than those of normal newborns. Under the whole-course systemic emergency nursing， although the intellectual development and psychological movements are not as good as those of normal newborns within 3 months， with the increase of the age， their intelligent development and psychological exercise capacity will be closer and closer to normal newborns with a good prognosis.
