微型钢板内固定治疗后踝骨折的临床效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究微型鋼板内固定治疗后踝骨折的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2018年9月-2019年9月收治的后踝骨折患者60例，按照治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组(36例)及对照组(24例)。对照组采用空心钉内固定治疗，观察组采用微型钢板内固定治疗。比较两组临床指标、临床疗效、踝关节活动度。结果：观察组优良率为86.11%，高于对照组的50.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组踝关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组外翻、跖屈、内翻、背伸活动度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组下床活动时间、AOFAS评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对后踝骨折患者，采用微型钢板内固定治疗，治疗效果显著，可缩短下床活动时间，提升踝关节活动度，便于患者踝关节功能的恢复，具有临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of miniature steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of posterior ankle fracture. Method： A total of 60 patients with posterior ankle fracture admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group (36 cases) and the control group (24 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with hollow nail internal fixation， while the observation group was treated with miniature steel plate internal fixation. The clinical indicators， clinical efficacy and ankle range of motion were compared between the two groups. Result： The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 86.11%， which was higher than 50.00% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in ankle range of motion between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment， the eversion， plantar flexion， varus and dorsiflexion range of motion in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss， operation time and fracture healing time between the two groups (P>0.05). The the activity time of getting out of bed and AOFAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： For patients with posterior ankle fracture， miniature steel plate internal fixation has a significant therapeutic effect， which can shorten the activity time of getting out of bed， improve ankle range of motion， facilitate the recovery of ankle function， and has clinical application value., 百拇医药(夏小飞 夏尚 李鑫 潘艳丽)
