当归补血汤对结直肠癌围术期患者肠道菌群及机体免疫功能的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：对结直肠癌围术期患者采用当归补血汤治疗对肠道菌群及机体免疫功能的影响进行回顾性研究。方法：选取70例结直肠癌围手术期患者，按围术期用药方法不同分为观察组与对照组，各35例。对照组给予甲硝唑及头孢呋辛钠用药，观察组给予当归补血汤用药，对比两组肠道菌群分布及机体免疫状态。结果：术后7 d，对照组梭杆菌门高于观察组(P<0.05)，观察组放线菌门、拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门及其他菌门均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d，观察组IgA、IgM、IgG及CD4+/CD8+等免疫功能指标水平均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对结直肠癌围手术期患者应用当归补血汤治疗，对患者肠道菌群分布有调整作用，可提高患者机体免疫功能，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction on intestinal flora and immune function in patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative period retrospectivly. Method： A total of seventy 70 patients with colorectal cancer during the perioperative period were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group， each of 35 cases. The control group was given metronidazole and cefuroxime sodium， and the observation group was given Danggui Buxue Decoction. The intestinal flora distribution and immune status of the two groups were compared. Result： On the 7 th day after surgery， the distribution of the fusobacteria in the control group was higher than the observation group (P<0.05)， and Actinomycetes， Bacteroidetes， Firmicutes and other bacteria of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). On the 7 day after surgery， the immune function indicators levels of IgA， IgM， IgG， and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： The application of Danggui Buxue Decoction in the perioperative period of colorectal surgery can adjust the distribution of intestinal flora of patients， and can improve the immune function of patients. It is worth popularizing.

受飲食习惯、年龄、肥胖等因素及高脂血症、高血压、冠心病及糖尿病等基础疾病的影响，人体肠道内菌群种类、数量都会发生改变，导致菌群失调，引起肠炎等疾病的发生，严重时可诱发肠癌发生[1]。因此结直肠癌发生与机体免疫功能、肠道菌群失调有直接关系，为对患者肠道菌群失衡状态进行改善，结直肠癌患者术前通常给予抗生素用药，但大量研究证实，抗生素药物对患者机体免疫功能调节无明显效果[2]。而当归补血汤属于益气养血方剂，有益气生血的效果，对免疫功能可有效调节，所以本次对2005年3月-2010年3月70例结直肠癌围手术期患者进行研究，对当归补血汤用药效果进行观察，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(何燕珠 余养生)
