探讨13味消肿固脱汤熏洗在治疗围产期妇女混合痔中的应用效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨13味消肿固脱汤熏洗在治疗围产期妇女混合痔中的应用效果。方法：选取2018年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的80例围产期混合痔患者，采用信封法将其分为两组，每组40例。对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液外洗治疗，观察组采用13味消肿固脱汤熏洗治疗。比较两组治疗效果、渗出物消失时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间、疼痛评分及血清白介素-17(IL-17)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组渗出物消失时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：13味消肿固脱汤熏洗治疗围产期混合痔的效果顯著，可缩短渗出物消失时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间，降低疼痛感受及炎症因子水平，促进疾病的康复。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of fumigation and washing of 13 kinds of Xiaozhong Gutuo Decoction in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in perinatal women. Method： A total of 80 cases of perinatal mixed hemorrhoids patients admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by envelope method， with 40 case in each group. The control group was treated with Potassium Permanganate Solution washing， while the observation group was treated with fumigation and washing of 13 kinds of Xiaozhong Gutuo Decoction. The treatment effect， exudate disappearance time， edema disappearance time， wound healing time， pain score and serum interleukin-17 (IL-17) interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) level were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The exudate disappearance time， edema disappearance time and wound healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment， the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-17， IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： The effect of fumigation and washing of 13 kinds of Xiaozhong Gutuo Decoction in the treatment of perinatal mixed hemorrhoids is significant， which can shorten the exudate disappearance time， edema disappearance time， wound healing time， reduce pain perception and inflammatory factors， and promote the recovery of the disease.
