窄谱中波紫外线联合紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏在寻常型银屑病中的应用效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究窄谱中波紫外线联合紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏在寻常型银屑病中的应用效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院于2019年6月-2020年1月收治的100例寻常型银屑病患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组实施紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏进行治疗。观察组在对照组基础上实施窄谱中波紫外线进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分及治疗效果。结果：对照组治疗总有效率为74.00%，显著低于观察组的96.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PASI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：窄谱中波紫外线联合紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病的效果显著，能够有效改善患者的病情。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the application effect of narrow-band UVB combined with Zidan Yinxie Capsules and Urea Cream in psoriasis vulgaris. Method： A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 50 case in each group. The control group was treated with Zidan Yinxie Capsules and Urea Cream. The observation group was treated with narrow-band UVB on the basis of the control group. Psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) scores and treatment effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result： The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 74.00%， which was significantly lower than 96.00% in the observation group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The PASI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： Narrow-band UVB combined with Zidan Yinxie Capsules and Urea Cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has significant effect， which can effectively improve the patients’ condition.

尋常型银屑病是免疫相关的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病，可伴有多种全身疾病，具有易感染的特征，伴有不同程度的瘙痒，会影响患者的生活质量，慢性病病情需要长期管理和控制[1-3]。因此为了控制患者的病情发展，减轻症状和皮疹程度，本研究探究了窄谱中波紫外线联合紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏的临床效果，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取笔者所在医院于2019年6月-2020年1月收治的100例寻常型银屑病患者，纳入标准：(1)符合寻常型银屑病诊断标准;(2)未使用过利尿药或特殊抗菌药物;(3)研究前1个月内未服用过激素、维甲酸类药物。排除标准：(1)严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能异常;(2)妊娠期或哺乳期;(3)光敏体质;(4)着色性干皮病及白内障等[4]。将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组男20例，女30例;年龄18～64岁，平均(35.31±2.03)岁;病程2个月～31年，平均(10.20±0.10)年。观察组男24例，女26例;年龄18～63岁，平均(37.09±1.58)岁;病程3个月～31年，平均(9.10±1.22)年。两组一般比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。所有患者均对本研究知情同意并签署知情同意书。本研究经笔者所在医院伦理委员会批准。, 百拇医药(张小军)
