【摘要】 目的：探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗创伤性皮肤软组织缺损的意义。方法：选取2018年5月-2020年3月入住笔者所在医院的65例创伤性皮肤软组织缺损患者，根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组，均给予清创及抗感染治疗。对照组32例采用创面换药治疗，观察组33例采用负压封闭引流技术治疗，对比两组治疗效果及临床指标。结果：观察组总有效率为96.97%，明显高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05);观察组抗菌药物使用时间、住院时间均短于对照组，创面愈合时间早于对照组，换药次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对创伤性皮肤软组织缺损患者采用负压封闭引流技术治疗优势显著，可缩短抗菌药物使用时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间，减少换药次数，具有较高的临床价值。
