摘要：目的：探讨外伤性脑梗死的诊治措施。方法：对2010年8月至2012年8月我院收治的外伤性脑梗死患者33例的临床资料进行回顾性分析；结果 良好18例(54.55%)，轻残7例(21.21%)，重残7例(21.21%)，死亡 1 例(3.03%)；结论 对于外伤脑梗死而言，其病发机制十分复杂，降低发病率最有效的方法就是及早进行诊断，发现病症及时治疗。
