【摘 要】我国急救医疗立法滞后、急救科普教育的落后导致公民急救知识缺乏，急救服务体系主要依靠专业急救队伍。本文对国内外公民急救培训及急救资格、免责情形相关法律的作一综述，重点探讨国内外法律对非专业现场急救的问责豁免问题。
