【摘 要】目的 分析平均住院日延长的原因，探讨缩短平均住院日的措施。方法 运用对比法对某二甲医院2012年1-6月平均住院日与2011年同期进行比较。结果 平均住院日2012年1-6月同比延长1.23天，主要因素有医保与新农合政策，疾病种类和入院病情，住院病人结构、医疗护理与医院管理等因素。结论 医院应采取综合措施，在保证医疗护理质量的前提下，尽可能缩短平均住院日，降低病人医疗费用，扩大医院收容量，进一步提高医院的经济效益和社会效益。
