【摘 要】目的：观察膝关节骨折后废用性骨质疏松的综合康复治疗疗效。方法：采用综合康复治疗，对30例膝关节骨折后废用性骨质疏松症患者治疗前后骨密度(BMD)、Barthel指数、肌力、关节活动度的改变情况对比分析。结果：经综合康复治疗后，患者骨密度(BMD)、BartheL指数、肌力、关节活动度均较治疗前有明显好转，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合康复治疗有助于膝关节骨折后废用性骨质疏松症的恢复，提高患者生活质量。
