【摘要】目的：探讨颈椎骨折高位截瘫患者的心理护理，提高患者生命质量水平。方法：对我院自2006年3月～2012年5月收治的60例颈椎骨折高位截瘫患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，提出针对性的心理护理方法，提高患者生命质量水平。结果：60例患者病情稳定，无自杀病例，通过各阶段心理护理有效的改善了其生命质量水平。结论：对颈椎骨折高位截瘫患者实施不同阶段的不同心理护理可以明显提高其治疗依从性，改善心理状态，对日后提高生命质量具有重要意义。

    Psychological Nursing for Patients with Cervical Spinal Fractures and High Paraplegia

    Abstract: Objective: The psychological nursing for patients with cervical spinal fractures and high paraplegia is discussed, aiming at improving the life quality of patients. Method: 60 cases with cervical spinal fractures and high paraplegia receiving a treatment in the People's Hospital of Taishan were selected as clinical data and also retrospectively analyzed. Then, corresponding psychological nursing methods were proposed for these patients for improving the life quality of patients. Result: 60 patients were stable in illness states and none of them were with suicide cases, and also the life quality of these patients was effectively improved through psychological nursing at different stages. Conclusion: The implementation of psychological nursing for patients with cervical spinal fractures and high paraplegia at different stages can significantly help improve treatment compliance and psychological condition, and therefore is of great significance for increasing the life quality of patients in the future. ......
