摘要：报告了1例一肝泡状棘球蚴中央液化型病经胸腹壁破溃后患者的护理体会。根据患者特殊的临床表现，严密观察病情，给予个性化心理支持、严密跟踪病情变化、做好用药护理、并严密管理手术部位及各引流管情况、营养支持、预防肺部感染、饮食指导、PICC维护。经过精心的治疗与护理，患者症状减轻、病情稳定后出院。
